The Cannabis Summit is the Dutch market’s professional date — an entry missing from many calendars, even though the Netherlands sits at the centre of European cannabis history. The organiser describes it as a high-calibre business-to-business conference for industry leaders and professional service providers.

A summit without an audience

The remit is narrow: the conference addresses professionals, investors and service providers only. Consumers are not admitted. Anyone picturing Amsterdam coffeeshop culture will find the exact opposite — a day about regulation, supply chains and business models.

The organiser cites around 150 delegates from around the world and more than 30 speakers from the Dutch cannabis ecosystem. It is deliberately a small format, the kind where you actually meet the people in the room.

The venue is a statement

It convenes at the World Horti Center in Naaldwijk near The Hague — the knowledge and innovation hub of Dutch horticulture, in the middle of the Westland, Europe’s densest greenhouse region.

That is no accidental choice. Since the state-regulated cultivation trial, the Netherlands has treated cannabis not as a subculture but as horticulture — and this hall is precisely where the country talks about greenhouses.

Date and attendance

The summit ran on Friday 6 March 2026. General admission cost around 250 euros.
