It brings together practitioners, researchers and sector leaders to discuss developments in medical and industrial cannabis \u2014 the organisers sum up the remit as \u201ctecnologia, cultivo e medicina\u201d: technology, cultivation and medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The stated purpose reaches beyond exchanging knowledge. The aim is \u201cdois dias de troca de conhecimento, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e constru\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es para o desenvolvimento \u00e9tico e sustent\u00e1vel do setor\u201d \u2014 two days of exchange, innovation and working on solutions for the sector’s ethical and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brazil hosts one of Latin America’s largest public cannabis fairs in ExpoCannabis Brasil in S\u00e3o Paulo. The Cannabis Summit is its counterweight: smaller, more technical, without a music programme or general admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The location says as much. It convenes not in a metropolis but at the Oceania Convention Center on Praia dos Ingleses in the north of Florian\u00f3polis \u2014 capital of the state of Santa Catarina, some 700 kilometres south of S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The congress ran on 13 and 14 August 2026 at the Oceania Convention Center, Rua do Marisco 550, Ingleses Centro. It was organised by the agency Attitude Promo of S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, Santa Catarina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
